Vruumz General Terms, Conditions and Contracting
The general terms, conditions, and contracting defined here apply to all Vruumz digital solution platform services conducted on its website and on its mobile application (defined hereinafter, the “Terms”, and herein “Platform” in reference to the technology). The Terms here shall apply to all Vruumz Users, Vendors, and Affiliates. The use of the website, mobile application, or any Vruumz platform implies that you accept and agree to the Terms. If at any given instant you disagree with the Terms (as defined below), Vruumz advises that you discontinue the use of the applications from all its Platform.
The usage of Vruumz Platform requires all Users to register by processing their (his/her) personal data. Users also agree that personal data in all forms may be used to improve User experience and shared between different Vruumz Platforms.

Vruumz Digital Solution Ltd. has delivered a multipurpose platform providing top notch delivery services to Vendors and their customers/clients from the comfort of the Users mobile devices using Vruumz Mobile Application or on Users workstation using Vruumz web Application.
We extend our delivery services to domains such as Food & Hospitality, Grocery, General Merchandise and Pharmaceuticals etc. Customers on our platform can search and select food items or products from featured Vendors on the platform and place orders. Upon payment confirmation, they will have the option for doorstep delivery or in-person pickup. In addition, Customers can also book Courier services on the platform by providing pick up/source and destination location, and details of the item. Charges will be displayed to Customer based on distance from source to destination location and the size of the package and customer will have to initiate payment to book the courier service.
In any given transaction, Vruumz have partnered with various Vendors, or Merchants to meet your needs, however, Vruumz is the intermediary enabler and does not assume any responsibility regarding the form, feel, or the quality of the product or services provided by the partners.
Included in Vruumz vast network of delivery architecture can be found third party professionals trained and using the Vruumz Technology to deliver as needed services.
Vruumz aims to bring your local merchants to your doorstep hassle free, hence making all your dealings much more efficient and increasing productivity. Note that even though your local merchants use our Platform to serve you, Vruumz does not control several elements of a given transaction. A merchant’s stated preparation time, or delivery time changes without an advance notice and will not be the responsibility of Vruumz. However, to enhance productivity, Vruumz will provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) prior to the User completing any transaction. Users should always agree with the ETA before making payment for any transaction.
Users
Users must be at least 18 years of age. The usage of Vruumz technology requires the User personal details creation on the Platform, such as User’s name, e-mail address, telephone number and payment method in order to gain access to the technology. Users agree to provide personal information, and adhere to the Terms, Cookie Policy, and Privacy Policy. Users are required to keep mobile devices, desktop computers, or any electronic device used to access the Platform locked when not in use with their secure password to protect the User from any unwanted transaction.
It is required that the User will keep personal details up to date such as email, phone number, etc. Therefore information provided during the registration to use the Platform must be complete and accurate. Any inaccurate information detected now or later will result in cancellation of the User access to all Vruumz Platform.
The security of your personal information is paramount at Vruumz, it is therefore required that you keep both your username and password created during registration strictly confidential, and it is forbidden to share with anyone. It is important to not reuse login credentials from other accounts in order to help keep your profile secure. Users are responsible for the use of their personal information on the Platform. Any suspicion that your personal details are being used by someone other than yourself should be reported immediately through the contact information on the Platform and User should proceed to change/update personal information momentarily. This includes disclosing, lost, stolen, etc. of login credentials.
To enhance the Platform expense, User has granted Vruumz permission to content that the User provided. Permission included free of charge the right to sub-license, transferable license, use, copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, publicize and exploit it. The User may or may not be informed and there will be no payment in any amount to the User when this information is used.
Note that Vruumz does not store any payment information given during a transaction. Also Users will have full access to edit personal information provided during the registration.
Visa card, Master card, or Credit cards, Fraud
The usage of all types of credit cards can not be verified for theft by Vruumz, therefore Users are required to inform Vruumz immediately when they suspect unusual activities with their credit card used for transaction on the Platform.
And the User is required to follow the theft/fraudulent procedure outlined by their credit card institution.
Vruumz Service Mandate
Vruumz is committed to serving all registered Users lawfully taking into account information provided by a registered User, such as address of pick up location and address of delivery. Vruumz will not be liable for following wrongly provided addresses (at pick up or delivery) which resorted in any loss. The cost associated with any part of these transactions will be the sole responsibility of the registered User.
User is required to ensure that all information required to complete a requested service has as much detailed information as possible and User must ensure that he/she is furnished with the contact information of Vruumz Service Provider to maintain conversational contact in order to complete a service successfully.
In an event of loss communication with any of our delivery partners, connect Vruumz immediately on the App or any medium used to request our service.
It is not Vruumz policy for Users to ask Vruumz partners to perform any service outside of any of our platforms. In such an event which resulted in negligence, error or injury, the User will be responsible for every cost that may arise. However, if Vruumz is contacted to include “en-route” service, such will be accommodated and included in our service, and the User is required to request for a reference number to indicate that the conversation took place otherwise, it is not binding. Such an event will come with estimated cost to the User and final cost will be presented to the User when the task is completed.
Price of Product
It is extremely important that Users recognize that the stated price of product or any services on our Platform will change without notice. The price is made available to provide an estimated cost for the service and shall not be perceived by the User as the final cost payable. When our service providers arrive in person and find the price is higher than what the User paid for, our service provider will contact the User to agree on the way forward.
If the User is no longer interested in the product or service due to price change, the User must accept our cancellation policy. If the User can not be reached by all the means User provided, our service provider will wait between 5 minutes to a maximum of 10 minutes before leaving. Similarly, if the User is not available at the delivery location, the Service Provider shall preserve the product for 24 hours, User will be charged for storage after 24 hours. For perishable products, Service providers will retain the product for a maximum of 10 minutes and it will result in additional delivery cost. All “en-route” services will require the User sending electronic payment to the provider to complete the request. Vruumz and Partner will not prepay for any services requested by the User.
Driver Availability
When the driver arrives at the location and the User is not available. The status of the service will be set to complete.
When a service is completed as indicated on our Platform, Vruumz reserves the right to close the transaction. If the User believes that the service is not completed, the User has the right to contact Vruumz on the Platform as soon as possible to rectify the situation within 24 hours, or 10 minutes if the situation involves perishable items.
Non-Perishable Returns
All returns are subject to the merchants policy, if accepted and possible, it may be issued in several forms, such as; cash, store credit, etc. If the return of the non perishable product was specifically due to the product, the User may reach out to the merchant directly or reach out to Vruumz using the Platform for help reaching the merchant especially in cases where the merchant is not available to the general public to process claims.
Users must ensure to provide several forms of evidence of unconformity to the merchant, such as pictures, etc to show as evidence that there is an issue. The goal is to gain favor from the merchant since the merchant has the ultimate decision on all claims.
Cost of Using the Platform/App
It is free for Users to register and use the Platform/App, this may change in the near future without notice. However, services provided on the Platform are not free. The User will only have to pay for the services he/she requested for using the platform/App. Vruumz will facilitate the logistics of getting the service to the Users specified location. In an event of bad weather conditions, the User should expect an increase relating to the logistics of getting the service to the Users.
When User pays for the service through Vruumz platform, User ultimately authorized Vruumz to issue receipts for the payment made.
Vruumz charges are based on a variable percentage relating to the kilometers travelled and charges from our Partners. Vruumz may change the price based on the distance travelled and the time in which the service was rendered. The User will be informed of the cost and paying for it before the service is carried out. It is important to note that the service fees may change in an event of force majeure. The change in price may happen any time and it will be effective immediately after publication.
Payment processing
Payment made to Vruumz is always in a landing space where it will be moved to the respective partners per the partners agreement with Vruumz. This is applicable to in-store pick up or delivery.
All payments are channel through the local government authorized Electronic Money Institution as such, we are in compliance with the most current legislation.
Any of the Electronic Money Institution operating with Vruumz and in violation with any applicable legislation will be solely responsible for any outcome as presented by the authorities where we operate, and Vruumz will accept NO liability. All payments are to be paid in full before the service is rendered.
In the event of a dispute, or refund, Vruumz will politely discuss with the client and provide support with reimbursement in the form of a voucher to be used by the client on our platform.
Users must contact Vruumz customer service the moment issues arise during the payment processing on our platform.
Prices shown on the Platform by the vendor
Applicable taxes will be shown/inclusive with the published prices of items. These prices, and taxes may be updated with very little notice and it will be available and effective the moment it is published.
Promotions
All promotions by Vruumz or the partners will be acknowledged as per term. Hence all vouchers, credits, etc. will have to be used within 6 months from the date of issue. The vouchers and promotional codes are not to be accumulative. Our user can only benefit from the platform
Cancellation & Refund Policies
All orders on Vruumz platform are treated as expedite services, hence once an order is placed and it is accepted by the user of the platform, the execution process has started immediately and therefore, the user is NOT entitled to withdrawal free of charge. All purchases on the Vruumz platform are final however the user can opt for cancellation via Vruumz Customer support. Cancellation will be investigated to determine the total cost.
Vruumz will treat each cancellation case by case in order to ensure that users are fairly accommodated. We will investigate matters such as:
- If our partners have started the preparation of the order, the user will be charged the cost of the order. In all fairness, the state of the order is transparent to the user through the platform.
- If the user cancels the order, and our partners have initiated the process, the User will pay cancellation fees.
- In the case where the User and our partners have accepted the order, if the User later cancels the order, the User will be charged both the order fees and the cancellation fees.
In many cases, the cancellation will follow our partners policy, therefore, Vruumz will mediate the process and communicate with all affected parties.
Refund to Customer when Customer is at fault: 0%
Refund to Customer when Vruumz is at fault: Vruumz will compensate with a voucher equal to the money spent and valid for 12 months. This can be tracked in the wallet under the profile section.
Refund to the Customer when Vendor is at fault: x% (the percentage will be determine after investigation)
Vruumz will compensate with a voucher equal to the money spent and valid for 12 months. To streamline the process and pass on the savings to the customer, the customer is encouraged to opt for the voucher, hence, the wallet will be credited and can be used on the next transaction on Vruumz platform.
If during delivery and the User is not available at the original address used during the order, a new address can be provided but must be within the same locality. Delivery charges will be re-assessed for a possible charge.
In an event that the User is not available to receive the order immediately, a reason wait time will be agreed, if the agreed wait time goes beyond, Vruumz reserves the right to cancel the order. The User can request for the order at a later time at an additional delivery charge for non-perishable orders.
Vruumz reserves the right to trash all perishable non delivered orders.
Availability and Price Variation
It is possible that User will realize after checking out that the product is no longer available. Users can opt for alternatives or a cancellation under the voucher policy.
It is also possible that User will realize during check out that the price of the product has changed.
Vruumz will not be liable as it reserves the right to modify/remove the content and information sheet of any product on its platform to better serve the User interest
Deliveries
Vruumz deliveries will be within the same city of the product and the destination. Unless the product is been transported in Vruumz vehicle, the maximum weight of the single order on the bikes will approximate to 20 pounds.
Preparation and Payment
The User has the right to contact our partners directly to provide any comment on an order. During check out, the final price of the product will be available to the User, the approximated delivery time will also be mentioned.
Vruumz transactions are entirely cashless. The payment options will be available during checkout and it conforms with the authorized cashless gateways.
Vruumz does not store any information related to the payment process. This is done by the payment service provided.
If issues arise with the payment, the User must resolve it within 24 hours and shall be blocked until resolution has reached.
Orders involving Alcohol
When the order placed by the User contains alcoholic drinks, the User must be of legal age state in the city/Country. Vruumz reserves the right to refuse handling of order if it is found that the Alcohol is for a minor or the User is unable to prove that they meet the legal age.
Pharmacy Delivery
Vruumz does not sell medicine. Vruumz provides the logistic support for the Users to access their medicine from their favorite pharmacy as prescribed by the doctor. Users are advised to speak with their doctor before buying any medicine on the platform. Vruumz will accept NO responsibility for Users use of the product purchased or the condition of the product from the platform.
Delivery location
In order to serve you better and safely, Vruumz may share User exact geographic location data with the delivery team/partners. And the User consent to their geolocation data being shared to provide them with great service only. Therefore it is important for the User to provide the correct delivery destination.
Vruumz liability
Vruumz does not check or control the product delivered through the orders on the Platform. Vruumz is simply a logistic mediator, hence the User and our partner release Vruumz from any liability that might arise.
Vruumz does not intent to control and under no obligation to control the authenticity and likeness of the data provided by the User, however, Vruumz will take immediate action (including suspend, block, or total removal of account) if the Term of General Use is being abused in any way by Users.
Vruumz will not accept any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from Users illegal activities on the Platform including false information. This applies to all third parties. Vruumz will stop the partners from uploading unlawful or harmful content on the internet using the Platform.
No Warranty
Vruumz will assume NO warranties in all its dealings regarding the authenticity, accuracy, reliability, novelty, legality of all third parties. Users should understand that Vruumz is a technology company acting as a mediator to serve Users better by connecting their favorite partners on the platform.
Users should understand that any legal claims that arise from actions or omissions of other Users of the Platform or Partners shall be restricted to the User and the Partners, and that NO actions for liability will go against Vruumz.
Platform Update
Vruumz reserves the right to make changes on the Privacy Policy, platforms, web layout, General Terms of Use, Cookie Policy without prior notice.
The Terms and General condition must be accepted by the use of the platform and all its auxiliaries.
